Best in Show Trade Stand

Our very beautiful stand garden achieved a Best in Show Trade Stand award at the Flower Show this year! It was designed by Nic Howard of We Love Plants to evoke the atmosphere of a traditional English country garden. See below for more about our stand.

Our beautiful sculptures including three new pieces — the striking Iris Torus, the Fire Chalice and the Lirio Quill — each took centre stage, in their individual space amid the stunning planting.

Stand design

An oak framed pavilion anchors the garden whilst helping to subtly separate the space into smaller areas that showcase the beautiful sculptures within a traditional setting.

The planting at the front of the Oak Pavilion will be selected for the sunny location — a mix of perennials and grasses to create a contemporary English garden. The rear corner of the garden is where the two main vistas meet under a stand of four Quercus Ilex.

The planting towards the back of the garden will have a woodland atmosphere with a tapestry of different foliage: ferns, Epimediums, Hakonochloa and Dicentra punctuated with spires of Digitalis alba.

The garden has also been designed with environmental sustainability in mind; the main paved surfaces will be a beautiful silver grey textured porcelain combined with English Clay pavers. The deck under the Oak pavilion will be engineered wood in a very realistic silver grey.
